The International Day of Peace, is celebrated in conjunction with "Start with Hello" Week. Since 1981, the International Day of Peace has been observed worldwide on this date.

"Peace is the cornerstone of every nation's development as it comes along with unity, positive thinking, and collaboration for the common good of all. There is the NEED for citizens to decide on a set of united values that they will live by and nurture for the next generation". (youngpeacebuilders.com)

AGA students will participate in activities which will help them to develop an understanding of the concept of peace and how they can contribute to creating and sustaining a peaceful world and how it impacts, "Life on Land" (Sustainable Development Goal 15).
